ONLINE SPECIALS
We are constantly monitoring our competitor’s prices to ensure we offer the deals online. Items with no discount applied are items we have found to be the cheapest on the web. Items we have discounted, to match prices found elsewhere, will show as ‘Online Specials’. We are sorry but our customers Loyalty Card cannot be used to discount Online Special prices any further. The Loyalty Card can only be applied to purchases made personally on the premises..

Contract Void for Mistake
Whilst we do our very best to ensure that all information on this website is accurate, just occasionally mistakes may occur.

If we discover an error in the description of a product you will be contacted and given the opportunity to continue with your order or cancel.

If we discover an error in the price, you will be contacted and advised that we will be instigating a full refund. If you are happy with the revised price we will ask that you resubmit your order via the website.

All descriptions regarding size, colour and construction are given as a guide. Every effort is made to maintain accuracy but slight variations may occur. Images are provided for illustration purposes only and where indicated, may show one aspect of a product but not but not another, i.e. style but not colour.

On acceptance of your order, a confirmation email will be sent quoting a reference number.

Providing goods are in stock, we will endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving your order for Next Day delivery. All orders sent via City Link will contain a link to their tracking system.

You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch. In the event of a cancellation, a full refund will be made.

No information supplied to East Coast Leisure will be passed on to any third party for marketing purposes.

All prices on this site are in UK pounds and are inclusive of VAT at 17.5% (children's clothing excluded)

Providing orders are received before 16.00 and the goods are in stock, we will endeavor to dispatch all orders for next day delivery.

In order keep carriage costs down, small items with a total weight of less than 200 grams and with a total value of less than ?5.00 will be sent by Royal Mail and will not require a signature.

All other goods will be dispatched via City Link and will require a signature to confirm delivery. Customers will receive an email including a link to City Link's tracking system immediately goods are in transit.
Should the recipient be out at the time of delivery, the courier will card the premises to say they have called. Following two failed delivery attempts, the parcel will now require collecting from their local depot where they will kept for a further 5 days after which it will be automatically returned to East Coast Leisure.
On receipt by us, a refund (value of the goods minus the return costs charged to us) will be made back into the customers account via Protx. Should the customer still require the goods we are afraid they will have to be re-ordered via the website.

UK Mainland carriage rates.
Small items. ?3.50 per order (via Royal Mail)
Up to 5 kilos. ?6.50 per order (via City Link)
5 to 10 kilos. ?9.95 per order (via City Link)
Over 10 kilos. ?9.95 then an additional 0.35p per kilo over (via City Link)

Isle of Man, Scilly Islands, Scottish Islands & Northern Ireland carriage rates = UK Mainland carriage rates + ?9.00 surcharge (via City Link)

Southern Ireland carriage rates
Up to 10kgs - ?24.50 then an additional 0.65p per kilo over (via City Link)

Channel Islands carriage rates
Up to 10kgs - ?22.50 then an additional 0.65p per kilo over (via City Link)

Carriage rates are calculated automatically at point of purchase.
If the customer's location is not selected correctly from the Delivery Address Form, drop down menu, the order will be cancelled and monies refunded. The customer will then be contacted and asked to resubmit the order

Faulty Goods
If for any reason the goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied by ourselves, providing they are returned within 14 days in their original condition and in the original packaging, they will be replaced FOC or your money refunded (delivery charges included).
Returns must be accompanied by a covering letter and a copy of the sales invoice.

Goods Ordered in Error
If for any reason the goods are ordered in error or do not fulfil your requirements, providing they are returned in their original condition and in the original packaging within 14 days, they will be replaced FOC or your money refunded (delivery charges excluded).
